Bob VanValkenburg

Bob VanValkenburg, Vice President of Sales, has over 20 years of extensive sales experience, including the past 17 years in the Technology field. Prior to joining Links, Bob was Sales Manager for Stadtech Inc., a private technology firm and worked with such blue-chip clients as Abbott Laboratories and CVS/Caremark Corporation.

A graduate of Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, Bob currently heads up the Web Site Design and Application Development divisions at Links, and has responsibility for the development and marketing of the commercial line of Sharkware products: TariffShark and PowerShark EQR.

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued Order No.860 on July 18, 2019, which amended the Commission's market-based rate regulations at 18 C.F.R. section 35, subpart H, effective October 1, 2020. Order No. 860 provides that the Commission will begin collecting certain market-based rate information through a relational database, including certain upstream ownership information, asset appendix information(including a new requirement to report long-term firm purchases) for the seller and its affiliates that do not have market-based rate authority, indicative screen information, and certain other market-based rate information. In addition, sellers will be required to update the database on a monthly basis to reflect any changes, and the change in status filing requirement is changed to a quarterly obligation. After July 31,2021, no asset appendices or indicative screens may be submitted as attachments to filings through thee Filing system. Links Technology built PowerShark MBR, an industry solution to comply with the above FERC MBR data submission requirements. Market-based rate applications filed between July 1, 2021 and November 2, 2021 must submit information into the database in addition to submitting the indicative screens and asset appendices as attachments to the filings through the eFiling system. Thereafter, no asset appendices or indicative screens are to be submitted as attachments to filings through the eFiling system.
